PROBLEM:
The Walking Company had experienced tremendous growth over a three-year period, mainly due to acquisitions. The issue was that each chain that was acquired used multiple graphic sizes so there were upwards of 50 different sizes. Store signage was changed out on a seasonal basis using rigid graphics. The system became too cumbersome, was costly and not eco-friendly.

SOLUTION:
Our marketing team worked with The Walking Company to produce custom Snap Frames for all store locations. Snap Frames accept non-rigid graphics that can be rolled and distributed in shipping tubes. The system is now uniform and cost effective. This program more than paid for itself in 18 months resulting in an annual savings of $30,000.
