PROBLEM:
Point of sale displays inconsistent from store to store and not representative of marketing strategy. Marketing objectives: establish product presence in store, create brand dominance with unified look of the brand, and educate the consumer about product characteristics that set the brand apart from the competition. The Graphic Source was presented this remodel challenge with a very tight deadline.

SOLUTION:
Our marketing experts worked with Monster Cable and met their expectations in an unprecedented time frame. We suggested adjustable Aisle Violators to meet all of their objectives. Aisle Violators are conspicuous and produce a distinctive product presentation. They can be printed with logos, message and product attributes. Included in the program were deck signs on the bottom shelf of the gondolas, and header signs on the upper walls. Added benefits: 1) Created a Store-within-a-Store to group products together building brand presence. 2) While helping the sales people referencing the printed attributes of products, the program also is a silent salesman when the staff is not present or too busy. We designed four prototypes in less than 30 days, and once approved produced 5,000 in four weeks. The final 5,000 included 250 different graphics. All were proofed, printed, and packed for distribution to 2500 retail locations within 60 days.
