PROBLEM:
The AAA brand and branch layouts were disjointed and inconsistent. Customers had different experiences in each branch making it difficult for them to locate appropriate services and literature.

SOLUTION:
Our team worked with AAA to rebrand their branches. Consistent colors, fixtures and signage were developed. Directional signage was installed at the entrance to guide customers to their desired service. New promotional signage was added throughout the branch to inform customers of available products and services. Branches were now rebranded with a consistent and uniform look for easy navigation.

OBJECTIVE:
Promote membership benefits and drive memberships and upgrades through promotional offer as part of an integrated campaign.

SOLUTION:
Our marketing communications team worked with AAA to select and manufacture a multi-function emergency tool (crank flashlight, emergency light, seatbelt cutter and window breaker) for the promotional leg of their integrated campaign. The emergency tool motivated members to upgrade and new members to join. This promotional giveaway was cost-effective and contributed to the success of the campaign. Marketing objectives were achieved and the campaign resulted in higher than expected returns.
